A number of my students are continually experiencing MuseScore 3.6.2 crashing after they have completed some of their work. I am providing them with a partially completed score template file. They are adding to this template, but then the program crashes. This has been ongoing for weeks. When they eventually manage to load the file again, the work they had saved is gone. Can you please advise what I should do?

Score (template) and steps to reproduce are needed
If they are on macOS, have them disable the "hover text" accessibility option as it seems to trigger problems.
