How to change a row of empty bars into one bar with numbers?

Hi there,

I would like to change a row of empty bars (approx. 10 bars) into one bar with the number of 10 "silent/empty" bars - one bar with the number 10 in it to show player how many silent bars.

Please refer to the attached picture for reference.

I'm not too sure if I'm saying it clearly but I would like to thank you in advance for helping!
