Are my Musescore files saved anywhere other than the computer I wrote them on?
I've been having issues with my laptop recently and it's completely frozen. I'm going to have to take it to an Apple store to get it fixed, but there's a chance they'll have to factory reset the entire computer. All of my Musescore files are just saved onto that computer, and I really don't want to lose everything I've been working on. If I downloaded Musescore on another device, is there any way that I could salvage them, or are they only saved on that computer?

Like any other file. If you haven't made a copy elsewhere (or saved it in the Cloud) they are only saved on that computer.
Ask them to make you a clone of the disk before they reset it - copy all of its files to a new disk. Or just a copy of the contents of your Documents folder to a USB drive. They should be able to access the files on the disk even if the computer itself doesn't work.
