1) Write a score, preferably with multiple staves
2) On one staff, add low notes
3) make these low notes invisible
4) Add Lyrics
The lyrics are far away from the lines, although the low notes are supposed to be invisible.

Confirmed.
Workaround: put those notes into an additional instrument (like 'Men') and then make that invisble
Similar issue, #292861: In tablature, if "Show rests" is unchecked, the hidden rests still obey collision avoidance rules: may result in larger than expected vertical spacing?
