Repeat Bar Does Not Work

Steps to recreate issue:
1. Create a new score
2. Input some notes
3. Put start and end repeat bar
4. Click the play button
5. The issue: The playback is not repeated
Expected behavior: MuseScore should play the repeated section twice.
Actual behavior: MuseScore only played the repeated section once and jumps to the measure after the end repeat bar.
Version used: OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.6.2.548021803, revision: 3224f34
