Custom Key Signature Only Work with Treble Clef

1. Create custom key signature, no matter which accidentals are used
2. Apply any custom key signature to a cleff other then treble

When doing this, the key signature stays the same for every cleff as if it were a treble cleff (e.g. I wrote a piece in Gb, then changed scales to gb, so now everything is flat except for Bbb and Ebb, so I made a custom key signature but when writing the bass part the key signature stayed in the same place in the bass cleff, so now the double flats are Dbb and Gbb, that's a totally different scale).

It happens every time I use custom time signatures and the workarounds are very annoying if there are any
