Playback, Synthesizer, Midi Input Button, and PortAudio Greyed Out
Version: 3.6.2.548021803
Running on Windows 10
As the subject line says, the playback bar, View -> Synthesizer, and all of the dropdowns in Edit -> Preferences -> I/O -> PortAudio have been greyed out, as well as the Midi Input button (mentioned in one of the recommended fixes). It's been about a month since I've opened Musescore, and it was working then, so I'm not sure what's changed in the meantime.
I have up-to-date audio drivers, and have tried resetting to factory settings (doesn't do anything). The checkboxes to "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device" are unchecked, and I've tried everything on https://musescore.org/en/node/96811. I also haven't found a solution in others' posts on related problems.
I guess as extra info, these issues are happening regardless of whether I'm trying to use built-in audio or bluetooth headphones.
Any help/recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks, turning the headphones from "Headset" to "Audio only" actually worked! Not sure why it still won't work with the built-in speakers in the laptop...
