Dynamic range

Dynamic range settings have no effect on dynamics anymore. in previous versions you could separate dynamics notations in a system to only affect one staff (e.g. two staves of piano music, each with their own dynamics). However, this function no longer works properly and both staves of a part are forced to have the same dynamic regardless of the range given to each notation. Please fix
