1): Cuando intento descargar DumLine Me lanza un mensage diciendo que mi conexion a internet esta fallando y no es así

Have you tried to follow the workaround:

Download the MDL extension at http://extensions.musescore.org/3.6/extensions/mdl.muxt
Install the extension:
    Open MuseScore and drag and drop the muxt onto the application, OR
    Run MuseScore on the command line: "mscore -E mdl.muxt"
