3.6.2 won't open unless I restore to factory settings

Hi there, I've been using Musescore for years and it's easily my favorite program for composing, but for the last few months, whenever I open the program, it freezes on the "restoring session" part of booting up, and I have to force close it and run ""C:\Program Files (x86)\MuseScore 3\bin\MuseScore3.exe" -F" to factory reset it. This happens whether I close the program normally or it crashed while I was working.

Can anyone help me figure out how to fix this? It's made it nearly impossible to compose, and while I've tried out other programs (Finale, FL Studio), I just can't flow with them like I do MuseScore.

Edit: I'm on Windows 10, btw!! The latest version, whichever that might be
