Could you provide more information? What version of MuseScore? What OS? Where did you get the soundfont and do you have reason to believe it's a valiud sf2 file? And then what *specifically* did you do within MuseScore, and what *specifically* happened to lead you to believe there was a problem?
MixCraft isn't a soundfont it is DAW software.
So either you need to ask this question at the MixCraft user forums.
Or explain more fully what you are trying to do and how it relates to MuseScore.
