The attached is an example of two enclosed bars with words rather than voltas 1 and 2. When texts are like this, I hope these texts can be exported at the top, when in Musicxml 4, as a system text. Currently they are not exported.

Oh I didn't realize that. This is what I met when transcribing the Firebird 1919 suite in braille. All such texts are not exported.
