How can I automate convert musescore files into midi with chord playback?

I have a lot of musescore files that when I play on musescore it won't play the chords by default.
I can turn that on to play chords in the musescore program.
But, I want to export those files into midi with chord playback, but there are too many files to do it manually.
How can I automate this? Is there a command line to do this? (I'm using Windows, btw)
