Did you:

Create a font in sf2, sf3, or SFZ format
Place it in the Soundfonts folder in MuseScore
Open the Synthesizer in Musescore
Select the Fluid tab (for sf2 or sf3)
Select the Add button
Select your font
Select Load
Save as default (if you want to keep it)

Your font doesn't seem to be complete. Open your font in polyphone. There are no usable samples. And no instruments or presets. I can't tell you how to make a font, but it looks like it's back to the drawing board

(in Polyphone software) You haven't added Instrument and Preset.

By simply putting the samples in the samples section, the soundfont is not fully prepared.
Soundfont players and/or synthesizers can only show you the list in the Preset section and make them use it.

If you successfully added it to the list of soundfonts in View / Synthesizer, the sounds it contains should show in the Mixer, in the order it appears in the soundfont list. So, if you added it to the bottom of the soundfont list, its sounds will appear at the bottom of the list in the Mixer as well.
