Thank you. It is playing the correct notes, but out of tune. I guess it is in the sample. I changed to another one and its ok now, only it does not sound as well. Is it possible to influence the tuning of just one part?

I solved the problem by using another clarinet sample.

MuseScore 3.6.2 actually...
Here your clarinet is using a Grand Piano sound, probably because I don't have the soundfont you're using for it.

Oh, that's interesting. On my mixing panel it shows clarinet. On the instruments I did not change after picking a "big band" format it says "concert grand" but it does play the appropriate samples.

Are you using the HQ soundfont from the extensions? If not: give it a try
