Where can I find a "celtic choir" sort of soundfont?
I'm writing another piece of music and I'm needing a choir, but they need to be speaking in Celtic....

You can't really have a soundfont that "speaks" in any language at all. Middle C will make whether sound it makes, you can have thousands of different words on each note. So sounhdfonts simply provide generic sounds like "ah" or "oh".
There are separate AI programs out there that can attempt to take lyrics and "sing" them to a given a MIDI file, so you could investigate that possibility.
