  1. Open or create a full score with 2 or more parts
  2. Select File -> Parts and set all the parts -> Accept

The result of the parts is a bad size page where the notes are not fitted.
I have to set my default page size to A4 in order to work properly with the parts.

Also, I don't suppose you have two monitors hooked up? Looks like the sort of thing that might be expected to go wrong if MuseScore gets confused about the screen resolution.
