Downloading the free MuseScore 3 Application

Dennis Serge (dserge@temple.edu) sent a message: I have not been able to download the free MuseScore 3 application. After following all the steps to download this app, my computer indicates that there is an error with these words:

"An error occurred while attempting to create the directory: ( in C drive ) Following this message are the words: RETRY CANCEL

I then click on "RETRY" but I continue to receive this same error message. In addition, these words follow: "MuseScore 3 Setup Wizard was interrupted. Your system has not been modified. To install this program at a later time, please run the installation again."

I continue to try at a later time, but I have no success in downloading this free application.

Do you think that the problem is because of the OneDrive synchronization in my computer?
