[MusicXML] support part-name-display

Currently MuseScore does not support the MusicXML part-name-display element. When importing this typically results in flat and sharp symbols in the part name to be replaced by ASCII "b" and "#" instead of proper accidentals. When exporting incorrectly encoded characters could be generated.
