Wrong stem alignment with cross staff beam and second chord

Werner fixed this (tested in r. 2311 nightly, Windows XP)
Testing a little bit further.
Open the file attached to the issue.
Double click on the first cross staff beam and drag the blue handle, the noteheads will move both on the same side of the stem.
Rev. 2315 adds code for the special case of user modified beams.
Looks that cross staff beams are somewhat tricky :-)
