There is. Read again.
This here is musescore.org and as such the entirly wrong place for that question, your subscruption os for musescore.com, the 1st FAQ explains the difference (and that had been explained to you aleady a years ago, see https://musescore.org/en/node/318243). The 2nd explains how to ask for a refund. And also explains: Nobody here on musescore.org and its forums can help you with your request.

"Any questions or issues concerning billing (of a Pro subscription) need to be sent to support@musescore.com or the "Contact us" on the footer of the musescore.com website (and the "Request a refund" button there). This address/contact is not monitored 724, but only 59, during regular business hours in Kaliningrad, i.e. the Eastern European Timezone, so please allow up to 2 business days for a response.
There is no billing support via public discussions, neither in the forums on musescore.org, nor in groups on musescore.com, the staff responsible for billing simply don't read either and posting here or there only annoys other users."
