Playback fails when headphones removed & replaced
If headphones are already plugged in before MuseScore starts, audio plays through headphones as normal
If headphones are not plugged in before launching MuseScore, audio plays through system speakers as normal
HOWEVER....
(1) If headphones are removed while MuseScore is running, NO AUDIO when clicking individual notes, playback is disabled
- audio should redirect to system speakers
- issue only affects Musescore, tested various other apps plus system sounds and all work fine
If headphones are plugged back in again, still no audio and/or MuseScore crashes.
If MuseScore is restarted (app only, no need to reboot device), audio is back to normal
(2) If headphones were not plugged when Musescore started, but are plugged in once the program is running, audio works but still goes through system speakers (i.e. doesn't redirect to headphones)
- again, tested with other apps and they all work
Background info:
OS = Windows 10
MuseScore version = 3.6.2.548021803 (latest as of 15/4/2022)
Headphones are standard 3.5mm jack (wired)

Known issue, but I'm too lazy to search the duplicate, but see also https://musescore.org/en/faq#faq-301733
Another workaround is to toggle the MIDI button (that icon looking like a 5-pin DIN connector)
