Any controls for fermata tail fade?
I find that fermatas end abruptly if they terminate playback before the sample has finished playing out.
Is it possible to add an amplitude fade to the tail of a fermata?

Any particular instrument?
Have you tried adjusting 'Time stretch' in the Inspector?

Tonight I noticed this in a score with all tracks set to mellow grand.
It was on this piece, but when I listen to it on museScore.com the fermata tail sounds like a normal key release, while it remains abrupt in the museScore app. I guess I should check the sound of an export the audio ... which may sound like the MuseScore.com playback.

Yes. Currently I have Time stretch = 5.5

Doesn't setting the time stretch allow the note to decay, especially with a non-sustaining instrument like piano?
Can you attach an example demonstrating the "abrupt" fermata?
