Small icons and small palette icons

I have a problem with the display of the application (I'm on a win10x64 PC with a 1080p display): the icons of the palette drop-down menus are displayed in a very small size (which obviously makes them unreadable). The same goes for the editing icons. I tried to change the size of the icons in every possible way (small width, large height, inversely, both at full or minimum etc...) without convincing result. I also tried to set my PC display to 720p, to uninstall and reinstall the application always without result. Does anyone have a solution?
