sharp and flat keys conflict in one score
The problem here is probably in my poor musical education. If one song has a sharp key and a flat key, then I see unnecessary sharps or flats around the notes, but the keys and notes are set correctly. How can I fix this?

It looks like you are adding key signatures after you already have entered notes. If that is the case, use the Transpose function under Tools in the menu bar, instead. Or enter key signatures before you enter notes
Try this one: Select all measures after the two shaps signature and press "J"

It's hard to say much from just a picture, but it definitely seems you entered this music incorrectly. If you attach the actual score instead of just the picture, and describe in more detail how you created it (eg, was there MIDI import involved, or did you enter notes from a MIDI keyboard), we can help you avoid making the same mistake in the future, and also help fix it here.
