entering lyrics
When I select the first note of a melody and hit command L, I get a message saying no note has been selected. So it doesn't allow me to paste in the lyrics. What's wrong?

Are you sure you've selected one single note, and not for example a whole range? If you continue to have trouble, please attach your score and tell us which specific note you have selected.
