Staff Size
I am arranging a piece for organ (The Beautiful Blue Danube) and I need to resize the top staff and make it smaller than the other two as well a making all the surrounding measures in that staff invisible. Is there a possibility to resize the staff and make the others invisible?

Go to Staff Properties (See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/staff-part-properties) and set Hide when Empty to "Always" and tick the Small Staff check box

Thanks Steve! I wasn't clicking on the top staff and just changing that one, and because of that, they all changed. Thanks very much for you help and suggestions. Have a great Sunday!
