Using Musescore Pro
I just paid for a 1 year subscription to Musescore Pro and I have already received an email confirming that my payment for this yearly subscription was successful.
But when I load Musescore on my PC or Android Smartphone, how can I tell if I am really getting access to the Musescore Pro features that I just paid for?
Also, is the any way for Musescore to play REAL VOICES rather than just the MIDI player type of voices? Any way to convert a MP3 with SATB voices to a Musescore format that would allow me to only play certain parts of a SATB Choral composition?
Can Anthemscore be used to assist with such a conversion?
I am most interested in being able to isolate parts of a SATB Choral composition since I perform regularly as part of a SATB choir.
Thanks.

MuseScore on your PC is not any different whether you have a pro account on musescore.com or not.
And neither that nor the Android app are being dealt with here on musescore.org

Okay...
Assuming you have already installed the MuseScore notation application on your PC from here:
https://musescore.org/en
or here:
https://musescore.org/en/download
open the following .mscz file in the MuseScore notation app on your PC:
SATB_Forum.mscz
Then in the Mixer:
https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/mixer#open-mixer
you will be able to isolate parts using mute/solo:

a) MuseScore SATB voices come as "Choir Aahs" or "Choir Oohs". Don't expect any words.
b) If you use the template for Choral > SATB you will get four staves for the separate S A T B voices
c) If you use the template for Choral > SATB Closed Score you will get two staves, for SA and TB - and in this case you need the hidden S/A and T/B markings from the Text palette. These hidden marks allow you control the volume separately for the two voices and to allocate a different sound to one specific voice if you wish.
d) See sample Open SATB and Closed SATB scores attached.
e) See an example web page (link below) for a way to create practice files for a choir. I used the option on musescore.com Share > Embed, then used the generated HTML for each voice part to paste an

" Any way to convert a MP3 with SATB voices to a Musescore format..."
I think you will find that a waste of time, and it will be quicker to transcribe the notes yourself. For long pieces, I do use optical music recognition (OMR) to convert from PDF (not from MP3). But I use commercial OMR software rather than the free Audiveris OMR available through MuseScore's menu option File > Import PDF...
"Can Anthemscore be used to assist with such a conversion?"
Asking software to recognise several different voices in a recording is like trying to unscramble eggs. I did try Anthemscore a while back, but I was not impressed.

Sure, you can use the Loop playback feature in MuseScore. See "Loop playback" in the Handbook topic "Play mode": https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/play-mode
... and you can use the MuseScore Mixer to reduce the volume of unwanted voices or even to mute those unwanted voices. See the Handbook: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/mixer
