Upon playback in meas. 85, 87, 89:
In the piano part:
the eighth note pattern plays in swing rhythm - although it is notated as straight eighth notes
In the violin part:
I did add triplets in the meas. 81 & 83
But why would that carry over into a different part. and why? when It is definitely NOT notated as swing.

Hard to say from just a picture - better to attach your actual score - but probably, that "ritenuto" in bar 79 or some other text was added from the palette as swing text and then simply edited to read differently. Should have been added as system text or tempo text.
