Preview in format\page settings doesn't show all pages in preview
See screenshots - I cannot get all pages in the preview window:

I also can't get it to display smaller in an case.

As a test change your page size to Letter.

That fixed it - even when I re-set the page size to A4 (which we use routinely here in Australia).
I guess it is an OS thing as Marc referred to?

Normally this should work, but on some systems, the OS doesn't communicate the screen resolution to MuseScore the way it expects, causing lots of sizes to be off. Are you seeing anything else like icons being too big or too small? Or the score itself being too bug or too small? Viewed at 100% zoom, should be the same size on screen as it would be printed - holding up a sheet of paper to the display should match perfectly.
