Adding Extra Voices
Hey all, first time posting here! Just wondering if anyone knows how to add another voice like the one in this chart:

Do i need a second voice, using the voices option and then make the notation for that drums?

That is what we call "rhythmic slash notation". You'd enter that using ordinary notes in voice 4 (or voice 3 for above the staff, which is my common), then use Tools Toggle Rhythmic Slash Notation to convert it to something like that. See the Handbook section on Tools for more info.
