Template with Leading Vertical Frame at end of doc

I want to create a template that has only the Title in the leading Vertical Frame, but has the Subtitle, Composer, Lyricist, etc. in a Vertical frame at the end. Is there any way to create such a Frame so that these will automatically appear in it?
