Too many files in the menu
There are always several sheets here
I am sure that didn't save by myself
I want to delete it, but I can't find their location in Finder
How to delete them?

All the sc* files are leftovers from a previous crash

As mentioned, these are leftovers form a previous crash. Normally they'd get cleaned up automatically, but not if there is a second crash while working on the recovered file and you haven't saved it yet. So, in the future, if you choose to recover a score after a crash, best to immediately save it and be sure it's in the proper location.
Meanwhile, instead of actually deleting the files, note you can also simply clear the recent files list via the File menu.
