somehow the appearance of my score got altered. How do get it back to the original format?

Possibly by pressing { once or several times
Else by using wider paper, narrower page borders or a smaller scaling, all in Fortmat > Page settings
Or by removing the system breaks
Right now there is too much music for those measures to all fit on one system given your current settings. If you need help changing the settings to allow them to fit, just attach the actual score instead of just a picture - then we can advise better.
