Tours
I just installed MuseScore. When I start it for the first I'm supposed to see something that asks me if I want to see the Tours but I don't see the invitation. What am I supposed to do to initiate and see the Tour?

I don't know about tours, but at the main forum page, mouse over Support.
Use menu item: Help > Tours then click on 'Reset tours' and put a check in the 'Show Tours' box.
Then re-start MuseScore if necessary.
