You have to make the backup folder visible. In File Explorer, select "View" then check "Hidden items" over in the upper right area. Windows. No idea for Mac.
Do you mean, you've forgotten which folder you saved it to? No worries, your computer has facilities to help you find files. On Windows, see the file explorer; on macOS, see the Finder. Linux has a variety of similar tools depending on which distribution. Simply set it to look for all files ending in ".mscz" - be sure to tell it to look on all drives, including hidden and system folders. If you saved it, and didn't delete it yourself, it's still right you you put it.
