MuseScore 4 does not open... startup message, then gone

I do not know what I did to have MuseScore do what it does, but I tried opening another project, and it didn't open, so I tried to close the application and open it up again. All I got was the startup square saying "Loading..." before it just disappeared and the application closed. This happens every time, whether I open it from MuseHub, desktop, launchpad and the applications tab in Finder.

The only recent change I'd made was creating a new workflow and changing some key-bindings

I'm on a 2020 Intel MacBook Pro with MacOS Ventura 13.0 installed
