MDL Instrument sounds not playing

Most of the instruments within MuseScore on my computer are not working. The sounds are simply not being produced, despite the instruments not being muted within the mixers etc. I am a long time user of MuseScore, I am not sure why this issue has happened randomly.

I've tried updating the iOS software on my computer, redownloading the MuseScore software to the latest version, redownloading the MDL plugin, and nothing worked. I am not sure what is happening.

I will attach an .mscz file of music I wrote. When the music is played, only two instruments will play, and none of the others are muted at all. Please let me know how to fix issue.
