I've attached a file because it's a bit difficult to describe. Here are the steps:
1. Create a score (in my case, piano).
2. Create a melody with a chord that includes tied notes (e.g., a chord that crosses a barline).
3. Add an arpeggio to the chord.
On playback, the chord does not ring out for its full duration. It lasts for the duration of the first note, and the notes after the tie are muted.

I can reproduce this on Windows 10.
has anyone found a workaround?
