When setting note duration can only use numbers above qwerty keyboard - cannot use keypad (no response)
n.b. - shift keypad functions (pg up/dn, home, end) do work !

This was reported during beta, if not before, and is a serious workflow speed issue to me. I am very dissapointed that MS4 was released with this issue unfixed.
I have the same issue. Keypad doesn't work at all. I just reported this myself, as I didn't see this post.
I made a workaround.

The issue is due to only being able to assign one shortcut per function, AND the fact you can't add Numpad shortcuts in the preferences: you have to directly edit the XML file.
