Mac OS with Mac extended keyboard.

The numbers on the keypad are not defined by default; they do nothing when you press them. (n Mus 3 the keypad numbers did the same as the alpha numbers, and you could also define them for shortcuts.

When you try to define a keypad short cut so that 5 on the number keypad creates a quarter note, the number 5 appears when you press the key to define it, but saving the definition and then pressing the 5 key has no effect.

Thanks,
David

Just downloaded MS4 on Mac and also encountered that numpad does nothing, which is a necessity for me as someone who has an established workflow and likes to input notes quickly. I'll eagerly wait for the update that fixes this, I'm not technically savvy so will stick with MS3 until then. (Ignore the regression and workaround part of my comments).

The workaround is actually very simply, just download the XML file attached in the post linked above, then go to Edit / Preferences / Shortcuts, click Import, and open the file you just saved.

Still having this problem specifically for accidentals, but not note values? I was able to use the workaround to edit the xml file manually as a workaround but would like not to have to do that.
