Not sure how to reproduce this, but in my score that I'm working on right now there is a bug which in the horn part it shows rests where I inputted notes in the full score, I triple checked it to make sure there really are supposed to be notes there, and there are. Measure 51 there are supposed to be notes. I think what may have happened is when I used the "Insert measure(s) before selection" tool the program may have gotten confused.

I have the same issue, now repeated on two different files. Full score is perfect. When I break out the parts, on one, the notes disappeared. On another, it merged measures that suddenly I had a 4/4 measure with both a whole note and the other notes. When I break out the parts directly to a PDF, same thing appears.
