Sixteenth notes are skipped when in voice 1 but all play when in voice 2
Occurred when transcibing Chopin's Op. 10-12
If the treble staff has the opening chord and in voice 1 in the bass staff has the running 16ths as published in Op. 10-12, it will skip notes. If lowered by an octave or it's relocated to voice 2 in either staff it plays as written.
Can be reproduced with any chord that contains overlapping notes with a 16th note run.
