Tempo only changes audio and not visual playback

1) Have two separate tempo changes where the first one is faster than the second, eg. (tempo 1 - 60bpm, tempo 2 - 45bpm)
2) start audio playback in the measure before the temp change.
** If done correctly the audio will finish before the blue marker reached the end of the score, this is because the tempo didn't change for the audio but it did for the blue dash.
