Mixer Minimalistic Style

Not all Audio FX plugins being displayed / available. When previously they were.
I started a project and the VST3 plugins were available for selection.
Then started a new project - and no VST3 were available.
Closed MS, went back to first project, and not showing.
Even the Basic MS audio is missing.

Ideas?
