Note entry shortcut keys
Changing note entry duration using the number pad on my Mac keyboard does not work, have to use numbers over the keyboard which is very inconvenient. But Command+Number does create tuplets.

The solution link is for Windows.
The keypad always worked in Musescore 3.

Operating System doesn't matter much here, all are affected
And yes, this worked much better in MuseScore 3 and before
Experiencing the same issue. I understand the reply on how to edit the xml file. Using the shortcut keys is now a hidden feature? Used to be standard on previous releases. I'm not sure why this is now a standard problem.
Reminds me of the problems OnSong users are experiencing with the 2022 subscription version of that app. Lots of unhappy users.
