Steps:
1) Save music to the cloud
2) Save a copy of the music
3) Open the copy
4) Save it again to the cloud
I suggest having an option to overwrite an already created song on the cloud (similar to the replace file button in the website Update Score menu)

Sorry, I have not understood your suggestion. Where is freq option? I have this same issue even if I don't work on a saved copy. I just make a fix to a score, then I publish and a new version appears in the cloud rather than the previous fixed.
