This suggestion relates to input of drum notation, which has its own palette containing the usable notes/sounds (see attached image).

What currently happens:
Currently, selecting a note on a drum stave and using the up/down arrow cycles through the order of the drum notes in the palette at the bottom of the screen. The order of these drum notes is arranged by general midi, which means that the notes jump randomly around the stave when doing this. This makes the arrow keys pretty much unusable in practice. This has frustrated me so much in the past that I simply recreated the score using a piano stave and manually adjusted the noteheads to reach the correct appearance (which is a ridiculous workaround).

What I would like to happen:
I would like the arrow keys to correspond to the visual direction of the notes on the stave (much like it does with pitched instruments). In practice, having an adjustable order the notes in the palette at the bottom of the screen would achieve this. This would not affect existing users but would allow everyone to use the arrow keys in their preferred way.

(I posted before about this here: https://musescore.org/en/node/339304 , and I've seen others complain about this in the past, but here is the official feature suggestion)
