Custom Shortcut key cannot work

I want to add some notes above one note with custom shortcut key "shift+num.", eg. shift+3 (#) for a third note above an existing note, shift+4 ($) for a fourth note above an existing note, but it doesn't work, which works normally in musescore 3. While "Alt+num." is OK but I want to use it to add notes below a note. Could you please fix this bug?
Meanwhile, in musescore 3, when I insert a note, I can also add a note below/above it with shortcut keys although the cursor has moved to the next site. It's really convenient but cancelled in musescore 4. Could you please add this function back?
