Title MuseScore has deleted the score of this file, without any request I only know that after saving the project yesterday and shutting down the computer correctly, today (trying to reopen the file with both musescore 3.6 and 4) it was unable to load the score, there was nothing, just a blank page.

Honestly I also think it was not a program error, I only know that after saving the project yesterday and shutting down the computer correctly, today (trying to reopen the file with both musescore 3.6 and 4) it was unable to load the score, there was nothing, just a blank page.

A score saved with Mu4 surly won't open in Mu3 (or rather, after a warning, show empty)

The header in the file says it was created in 3.6.2, so not a 4.0 issue. It contains no musical data (the clue is in the size - 1002 bytes is tiny). I've decompressed it and save as a .TXT file if you're curious.

@ Andrea

You should have a backup of your score in musescore backup folder as you know. You have not lost your work if you are lucky. Now, you could copy it and with that copy try to repeat the error you reported.
