Sure not, MuseScore does not have the capabilities to delete any file.

Honestly I also think it was not a program error, I only know that after saving the project yesterday and shutting down the computer correctly, today (trying to reopen the file with both musescore 3.6 and 4) it was unable to load the score, there was nothing, just a blank page.

A score saved with Mu4 surly won't open in Mu3 (or rather, after a warning, show empty)
The header in the file says it was created in 3.6.2, so not a 4.0 issue. It contains no musical data (the clue is in the size - 1002 bytes is tiny). I've decompressed it and save as a .TXT file if you're curious.
So we'd need exact steps to reproduce and the allegedly broken 4.x score file

And how I can find these steps? I'm so sorry but actually my pc technology knowledge it's not that good, and how you probably noticed it's luckily my first time here, searching for a help...so sorry again for my horrible texting
@ Andrea
You should have a backup of your score in musescore backup folder as you know. You have not lost your work if you are lucky. Now, you could copy it and with that copy try to repeat the error you reported.
And please leave the title intact
